PL160: Air conditioning inspection for buildings

The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections)(England and Wales) Regulations 2007 require inspection of all air conditioning systems with rated outputs over 12 kW at intervals not greater than 5 years.

This training will explain how to undertake such inspections in complex buildings and refer to CIBSE TM44: Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems and the Occupational Standard

CT198 DECs Training 4th & 5th July

The first training day will primarily be focused on all the theory related to producing Display Energy certificates and during the second day of training you will learn how to use Operational Rating (OR) Software which is the tool used to produce DEC's and that is available as a free download, from the Department of Communities and Local Government Website.
