Event bookings:

Notification of cancellation in writing only will be accepted up to 14 days in advance of the event. After that date no refunds will be made although substitutions will be welcomed. The Institution’s liability in the event of the training being cancelled is limited to the refund of the registration fee.

Online learning bookings:

Notification of cancellation in writing only will be accepted if the unit once purchased has not been accessed. Once the unit has been accessed no refunds will be made. Access to the unit will be for no less than 12 months from the date of purchase however after this time the unit may no longer be available to view. Access is for one named individual only.
