A626 Preparing FM and Maintenance Contracts - London

Trainer - Peter Chapman

This course provides practical guidance in the preparation of typical FM & Maintenance contract documents and methods of selecting suitable contractors.

Course Objective
Effective management of Maintenance and FM contracts requires a specification, which properly describes the work to be done and the terms and conditions, which will apply.
Existing model forms of contract are usually directed towards new building works rather than Maintenance and this course examines the development of a bespoke specification and contract for maintenance works.
