- Company name/logo on all publicity material produced for this event as soon as your decision to sponsor is made.
- Advertising space in the dedicated Conference Programme Publication distributed to all delegates and visitors.
- Display stand (3m x 2m in size) in the Exhibition area adjacent to the Conference itself, and used for tea, coffee and lunch breaks during the day, ensuring ample opportunities to meet delegates, speakers and visitors.

Headline Sponsorships - NO LONGER AVALIBLE £6000 + VAT (SOLD)
- These will be limited to just two companies who will benefit from unrivalled opportunities to achieve prominence throughout the event.
- Signs/flags will be produced bearing the sponsor's name and logo and will be displayed at the venue or the duration of the Conference.
- The Conference 'holding slide' used on screens before and between presentations will include the Headline Sponsors' name/logo. It will be used throughout the Conference.
- Company logo will be used on graphic display boards, signage, agendas, delegate information and all publicity material.
- The Headline Sponsors will be invited to field a speaker to give a keynote address on the first or second morning of the Conference.
- Headline sponsorships will be announced in CIBSE Press Releases sent out to the Trade and Professional press.
- Allocation of 5 tickets for Headline Sponsor to invite their major Clients, or Senior Management team, to attend the Conference.
- Exhibition Stand (3 x 2 metres) in a prime position in the exhibition area.

Shared dinner sponsorship opportunity - £2000 (x 1 available, 3 sold)
- Signs/flags will be produced bearing the sponsor's name and logo. It will be displayed at the venue and for the duration of the evening.
- Company logo will be used on all publicity materials produced for the Dinner.
- Allocation of 3 tickets to attend the dinner at a primary table.
- Dinner sponsorship will be announced in the CIBSE press release sent out to Trade and professional press.
- Synopsis of the sponsors' organisation will be included in the conference programme publications.

- Company logo to appear on one side of the delegate bags.

- Stands available for companies seeking a presence in the exhibition area at the Conference.
- All tea, coffee and lunch breaks will be taken in the exhibition area.
- Stand space will be 3 x 2 metres, exhibitors to be responsible for erecting their own 'pop-up' or similar stand. Large equipment including boilers and photovoltaic's WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
- Each stand will be allocated a table and two chairs, with access to power socket.
- Exhibitors receive one complimentary ticket to attend the Conference as an exhibitor
- Synopsis of Exhibitor's organisation will be included in the Conference Programme.
